I have always been impressed with the fine selection of furniture and accessories at the store and the good service. Recently there was a problem with an order. The manufacturer missed a small detail in my choice of upholstery. When this was discovered, the store immediately called the factory and re-ordered my couch and left the other one in my home so that I would not have to do without a couch! The same friendly delivery team came to my door within a few weeks and switched out the couch.

The delivery service is unmatched. They arrived exactly on time. The sectional was too big to move in through the front door, so these two guys hoisted it up 15 feet onto the balcony and brought it in through the back door. They told me it was unacceptable NOT to get it in. Absolutely astounding service.
