We bought this mattress in a queen size, and also bought 2 full and 2 twin size of the same mattress--all for our cabin. They are so comfortable, and were also easy and quick to ship to a somewhat remote location. The full and twin mattresses are on bunk beds and those fit perfectly. Our kids say how comfortable they are and how well they sleep on them. Our queen mattress has just the right amount of firmness, we've been sleeping really well. I also needed to update the shipping address and customer service was so helpful, nice, and made the changes I needed really quickly!

Serta has e-mailed me twice asking me to share my thoughts. I typically wouldn't reply in this manner, but it appears that they really want my review.
My mattress arrived in a timely manner, around March 16, 2024, and I am typing this on April 22, 2024. It seems comfortable enough. Unfortunately, just about every morning since then, I've woken up with a sore back. Often this is slightly before I'd have preferred to wake up.
I've never had previous back issues; before this mattress, only camping equipment (like sleeping on the ground or on a simple cot) would induce the same effect.
This said, I'm hopeful that the situation will improve on its own.

The shipping was fast. The bed was easy enough for 2 people to get out of its box. This is a bed for a guest room, but I still took it for a test run one night and it was very comfortable. I'd say it's nice, supportive mattress that's on the firmer side.

I loved getting to try out this mattress. It's level of comfort is appealing. It's thickness is perfect size. It provides comfort and support. It doesn't feel too soft or firm. I'm already getting better sleep! Very important to get a good quality mattress!

I was so excited to try this mattress out but I was really disappointed. To be fair, it was easy to remove and setup but it's incredibly uncomfortable. You can actually feel the hard springs in your back when you lay down and the top feels lumpy...not a pleasant feeling. Sadly, I would not recommend.

The Serta Renewed Relief 12" Hybrid mattress is the most Comfortable mattress I have slept on. I really like that it forms to your body shape but is so supportive. I do really enjoy the antimicrobial cover and its ability to be washed. The Anti-microbial cover actually has a very nice design. One thing about the mattress on arrival, the box opens easiest from the bottom. It is also best to have the mattress in the place where you are wanting it before you open up the plastic seal. Once there is an opening for air to get into the mattress, it is super hard to move and is extremely heavy for one person. We were supposed to put this in our camper to replace that mattress, but it is too comfortable and will be in our bedroom. I find that my kids use it and enjoy it just as much as I do. They like to lounge on the mattress even without blankets or covers on it. Honestly, it feels like you're laying on a cloud that is supportive. Overall this is a five star mattress.

This is the worst mattress. I got it a month ago because it was cheap and I swear I haven't slept good since. I've slept on my couch more than this mattress. Never had back pain before, now I get it every single night to the point where I can't sleep. Awful. Have to go buy a new one.

This mattress was very easy to set up. Came in a box, the delivery people took it out and it was a standard mattress size within minutes of being unboxed. I was surprised how great it looked right away. This replaced a 12yr old mattress that was showing some wear. I was nervous this mattress might be too soft for my husband, but he loved it. It took a few nights to adjust and get used to the new feel. I have slept so well and don't want to get out of my new cozy bed in the morning! I have noticed I don't have any hip or shoulder pain anymore, due to being a side sleeper, because this bed supports me perfectly. My husband has also been less achy in the morning. Overall a wonderful mattress!

We put this mattress in our guest room and we've had many friends and family stay with us over the last couple of months and they all found it very comfortable and had great sleep. My cousin has serious neck and back problems and he finds it especially great. Personally, I prefer a stiffer mattress, but I wouldn't mind sleeping on it if I ever got kicked out of the bedroom.

The Serta perfect sleeper mattress is excellent. I am very pleased at how simple it was to get setup straight out of the box. It came prepackaged and vacuum sealed in a roll inside the box. Once I opened the plastic vacuum sealed wrapping, the mattress self-risen to its full height and size very rapidly. The full height of this mattress is 12 inches which fit perfectly in my son's queen size bedframe. I love the gel Memory foam (Hexcloud) which adds a nice cushion to the bed and provides pressure relief and keep my son cool at night as he is typically a very warm sleeper. This is especially useful in the hot weather in Texas. There is an additional deep reaction memory foam the provides additional cushioning and comfort. I especially like the fact that there's reduced motion transfer as it allows me to sneak away at night once I finished reading my son a book and he fell asleep without having to wake him up. This mattress comes with antimicrobial mattress protection for maintaining cleanliness and less bacteria. This is always a plus when it comes to young kids. I never owned a hybrid mattress, but I can tell that the multiple layers of plush plus coil systems help provide adequate support for any person that looks for that deep, comfortable, and pressure relief sleep after a long day at work. I had my in-laws visit recently and they are at retirement age and were raving about this mattress and its comfort level and let me say they are not easy to please. So far this has been an excellent quality product that has superb comfort for any age.

We got this bed and gave our friend our old one which was a king but my husband wanted a queen and the bed we had was losing the firm feeling. We put this bed upstairs drive and drop off our old bed come home go about our day, that night we put the sheet on and lay down and it's way softer than my old bed. My husband thought it felt fine but maybe it wasn't fully fluffed from the bag. The first night was the worst nights sleep for me but my husband slept good. I so wish we would have given our bed to our 4 and 6 year old so I can go sleep with them. My husband on the other hand says the bed feels great it's the perfect form and softness and sleeps so well. The only time his back is in pain now is when our boys climb into our bed.

My husband and I have spent a month sleeping on this mattress so I believe i can leave a fair review. At first, I thought there was no way this mattress would provide the support we both like. This tranquil wave mattress has been amazing and comfortable to sleep on. I feel supported and firm but soft enough to feel cozy and sleep well. My neck and back don't hurt nearly as much. My husband who often has a different preference of mattress then myself has enjoyed his sleep as well! I love that it shapes to my body and supports where I need it most. I like that it adjusts to our movements. So whether on my back, side, or tummy I'm comfortable. Most of us already know Serta as a trusted brand so it's no surprise they always supply us with super value and quality mattresses. The only problem I have is not really wanting to get out of bed! I received the Tranquil Wave 11" Hybrid Mattress and we absolutely love it! Cool Twist Gel Foam Cooling is swirled directly into a breathable foam designed to promote airflow and heat dissipation. The 825 individually wrapped coil system makes everything just work perfectly. My husbands tossing and turning can't even be felt and he moves a great deal. He has insomnia and he rests more now than he ever has probably due to uncomfortable beds. He is so satisfied and we both are so comfortable that we always look forward to snuggling together. Its so amazing and we wake up to no pain or stiffness whatsoever. We HIGHLY recommend and definitely give this a 10 out of 10! We are looking into 2 more for our son and daughter. Amazing! I wanted this as a replacement mattress for my school-aged daughter. This is a hybrid mattress, spring coil with a memory foam layer. The 11 inches are mostly coils, The memory foam layer is about 3-4 inches. I would not say that this mattress is firm. The springs do give quite a bit but when you lay down it's not so noticeable. This would be good for light or average weight individuals. I would not recommend this mattress for heavy set individuals. This mattress is good about not getting too hot, which was the problem with her old mattress.

The Renewed Relief 12" Hybrid is like sleeping on a supportive cloud. This mattress is incredibly comfortable. It is soft, but not too soft where it doesn't feel supportive--I feel that all my aches and pains are eased laying on this bed as every part of me is supported. I feel like it molds around my body when laying on it. Every night spent on this bed has resulted in a solid rest with no tossing and turning. This mattress feels very well made and I believe it will last us many, many years to come. Our whole family has enjoyed many evenings watching shows cuddled up together. We had been looking to replace our old mattress with a hybrid. This mattress is perfect. It's 12 inches deep, which was important to us, we wanted a thicker mattress. I love that you can reverse it from soft to firm to fit your needs. It came coiled in plastic in a box so it was super easy to bring inside and would be great for bringing up stairs if needed. My husband and I put off getting a new mattress because he always said he didn't think it would fit up the stairs. Our stairs are in the corner with a high railing. Well, surprise surprise!! A mattress comes on a box! He was shocked and I am so happy we got our new mattress.
The Renewed Relief 12" Hybrid instantly expanded to its 12 inch thickness. It was pretty fun to watch.
The comfort of this mattress is wonderful! I actually sleep and don't wake up from pain in my hips. I feel like I form into to mattress perfectly so my lower back and hips are positioned correctly.
I am a hot sleeper, I would say there is a some improvement. I wouldn't say this Renewed Relief 12" Hybrid is a 5 star for a hot sleeper but A 3 &1/2 out of 5. There is definitely an improvement in my quality of sleep.
My husband is a "restless " sleeper. I was hoping I wouldn't feel his movements or tapping but there still is some but I don't feel him get out of bed when he leaves for work. So for movement it's good but tapping, shaking I feel some slightly.
My sleep quality is improved by so much having my Renewed Relief 12" Hybrid mattress. It is a very comfortable mattress.

I am completely impressed with the quality of this mattress. I'll admit that I had concerns about a mattress that came in a box and was worried that it meant that it couldn't possibly be a solid mattress that could hold it's shape. I was completely wrong. After taking it out of the box we let it sit for a day while it firmed up and got it's shape. We are sleeping so well on this mattress. It is the perfect combination of firmness and comfort. It gives us great support while still being plush and firm. We slept on it for a few nights without a box spring and it was very comfortable. Then the box spring we ordered came in and we added it to the mattress for extra support I honestly think I would be happy either way. The box spring just gets us up off the frame a bit more, but the mattress itself is super comfortable with or without it. This is a top quality mattress and just perfect for anyone who needs good support, but still wants a good comfortable and plush mattress. I'm getting the best sleep I've had in years thanks to this mattress.

I have always wondered about a mattress in a box and serta did not disappoint. Upon ordering I was surprised to see if came with "white glove delivery", which states they deliver it, take away all the packaging and your old mattress, but you have to schedule a delivery through and xpo service, which wasn't the easiest. Upon calling they were all booked so they had to call back, once I got the call back we set up a time and they asked if I wanted a pickup as well. Delivery day comes, they call 30 min before arrival, they did not open the mattress for us as stated, which was fine it was easy, they also were not going to take old mattress, but they did once I told them I scheduled to. Now on to the mattress, I was hesitant because it was in a box, but was I wrong. It was freshly made upon order so was barely in the box, once opened it shot right up to a beautiful 12 inch mattress. I was worried about downsizing from a king to a queen, but the comfort this mattress provides, you don't even miss the extra size. I recommend these mattress to anyone. I slept so good, better than I have in years!

We've had this for about a month and so far we are very happy with this mattress! I like that it's a hybrid with with both coils and foam. Somehow, it makes it feel both plush and supportive. I've had back and neck problems in the past and have not had any since. I also like how easy it was to set up. I love the bed in a box set up for ease of delivery and getting into the room that you want it in. I will say that this is a very heavy mattress and getting it set up on the bed definitely requires two people, but it is so simple. Keep in mind that it is folded in half and rolled. They provide you with a "letter opener" to cut the plastic which is nice, but it really didn't work too well. But once open, it puffs up very quickly! I also like the flexibility of using this mattress with or without a foundation. We currently have it on a foundation but will probably eventually get a new bed frame so we can eliminate the foundation. The mattress is so thick that it makes it almost too tall with a foundation. With the foam on top it measures almost 12 inches, which makes if seem very sturdy and secure. However, I do not find it "cooling." It seems like I've woken up hot many nights, but that could also be because the weather is getting warmer. Or perhaps mattresses with foam are just warmer than the traditional that I am used to. Either way, I think this is a comfy, quality mattress and the ease of set up is a much appreciated bonus!

It came in a box which was nice and easy to get it to where I need it. Opening the box was the hard part! So much glue! Yea t does give off a smell when you first open the mattress but it's expected. So far I 100% recommend this mattress.

This is the best mattress i have ever had in my entire life. From the minute i sink into the mattress it hugs me at all the right places gently soothing me to sleep. I have never fallen asleep as fast as i do when i am in this bed. I am amazed at the level of comfort that this mattress provides. I wake up feeling refreshed and rejuvenated. Ready to take on the day. Amazing product.
