Only on it one night, it is firmer, which is what I think I wanted. The mattress bulges up when I use the adjustable frame to raise the head up. We'll see how it is after I get used to it.

I realize that a mattress will change over time. I have only had the mattress a few weeks & I don't find it comfortable. I feel depressions at pressure points already.

This is one of the most comfortable mattresses that I have had in a while. I would definitely recommend it to others BUT not without the warning of the smell. The smell is unbearable I don't have an extra room to air it out so I had to open windows and put baking soda water around the room and it still took over a week for the smell to get mild enough for me to sleep on the mattress. I was fortunate enough to be able to sleep in my grandbabies room for that time. I would never let a mattress air out in my garage. The mattress is comfortable and to me worth the airing out inconvenience.

What a disappointment! I was a little skeptical of the "bed in a box" concept but I bought the mattress that was a few steps above the bottom, so I thought it would be okay. I'm only 180 lbs and it's just me sleeping on it but about a month after sleeping on it, it's already started to sag. If I find myself slightly out of "the hole", my body is fighting to avoid falling back in-I sleep on my side and my perception is that my position is not secure.
The online purchase was easy and the delivery was super quick--no problem there. I previously had a Serta but it had inner springs. It lasted 11 years, although the last two of those years were a struggle to keep it comfortable. I just hope Serta will work with me to find a reasonable solution, as I am well within their 120 day guarantee.

We were so pleased with this mattress! It offers firm yet very comfortable support. You can use with or without a bed frame which is very nice! The quality of the materials seem to be of excellent quality! I can't think of any cons to mention. Just a perfectly comfortable mattress!

I was in the market for a new mattress and came across this one. I had recently seen & heard things about the whole "mattress in a box" idea. So I decided to order it. With the claims and description, I was intrigued and hoping that it lived up to what it claimed to offer. The mattress was/is for my master bedroom for myself and my husband. I have severe fibromyalgia, degenerative disk disease, chronic fatigue syndrome, amongst other things. So I am ALWAYS in pain, ALWAYS. Poor sleep, along with a poor quality mattress (and/or the wrong type of mattress) only makes these issues worse. My husband has scoliosis (curved spine) which is another reason why our choice of mattress is extremely important. When it arrived, even though I knew it was a "mattress in a box", I was still surprised by the size of the box. I even had the thought that they sent the wrong item because I didn't understand how a queen size mattress could fit in a box of its shape and size. But lo and behold, it was indeed the right one. It was rolled tighty, covered in plastic. I appreciated that they included a plastic cutter that resembled some kinds of mail openers. Made it more convenient. Since it was rolled so tight, along with some of the reviews I have seen, I was worried about it being able to unfurl and open up into the appropriate shape and size. Luckily, within a day it was good to go. We have been using this mattress for a little over 3 months now, I believe. We both are pleasantly surprised by not only the quality but how much we like it and have benefitted from it. I get hot very easily and the cooling claim seems to be accurate. I dont get as hot on this mattress. There seems to be more breathability and airflow. The support isnt too firm or too soft, its perfect. It does actually relieve pressure and help support the right areas. I can also attest to it living up to its claim of minimizing my partners movements. I dont feel him moving or rolling over as much as I did with other mattresses. I also like that it has an antimicrobial cover to help prevent odor and bacteria. I feel like since we have been using this mattress, when I wake up I feel more rested, my body doesnt feel as tight, I'm able to fall asleep faster, more comfortable overall. My husband has been having a bit less discomfort with his back as well. So I am so glad that I took a chance on this mattress. I hope it benefits and helps other people just as much as it has for us.

Wow I have to say I love the 12 inch foam mattress. I love that my sheets fit it perfectly without the sheets coming off the ends. I love how comfortable it is to lie on . Its very supportive and gives me the perfect nice rests on my body. I love how easy it was to unroll and put on my box spring . This is a really good foam mattress that is lasting me long and still as comfortable as the day I got it .

This mattress sleeps LIKE A DREAM. Pun intended. You really don't even know what you're missing before you try out this mattress. It gives the right about of firmness without being too hard, and it is supportive as well. Really takes away the aches and pains of getting older. The cooling part is great, and something that took me by surprise, as it actually IS cooling! The comfort is unreal, and I will be a customer for life!!!

I really like this mattress. It's very comfortable. It came rolled up in plastic . It came with a tool to open the plastic wrap without hurting the mattress. Super easy to use the tool ! I recommend that you have your mattress where you want it because as soon as the plastic seal is open , the mattress starts to take form . Within five minutes my mattress was completely at its full size . There was a slight smell from it being encased in plastic but it was not unpleasant and it was gone in about 1 hour . Sleeping on this mattress was an absolute dream ! I have problems with my back and find this mattress supportive . I'm also a side sleeper and I feel like this mattress is perfect for side sleeping . This has cooling gel in it and the summer it has proven to be quite handy and a really great feature of this mattress !

I had my doubts when I got the mattress in a box. It's neat to open the package and watch it fill out to your mattress. It is actually comfortable to sleep on. My husband has a bad back and he can sleep on this mattress with no trouble. It's firm and forming, great to sleep on.

The mattress ces rolled up in a nice sturdy box. It also had a cutter inside for the plastic so you don't have to worry about cutting the mattress at all while opening. I got such a good night's sleep on this mattress, best I have had in a while.

I didn't know what to expect from a mattress in a box and didn't have high expectations for comfort or quality. I was both shocked and pleasantly surprised to find that this mattress was both of great quality and so comfortable! The memory foam mattress is very heavy, but I think that also speaks highly of the quality. I love my new bed!

I received the Splendid slumber 12" foam mattress a few weeks ago. It is very comfortable with just the right amount of support for my back. It is great for a platform bed, just be sure to give it several hours to expand after taking it out of the box, before you try yo sleep on it. I cannot tell you enough good things about this mattress. I had a pillow-top mattress previously and I was so uncomfortable with it, it wasn't providing the support I needed. This mattress was great from the beginning, I loved how easily it was delivered to the house...in a box. We let the mattress sit out for a few days before using it so that it would fluff up a little, due to being in the box. It was great, the comfort is unreal. You will be so happy with the the comfort of this mattress, it is so amazing. I haven't slept this good in years, great brand.
